Shipping Policy
-We ship to the USA, UK, Canada, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia and Laos
-Shipping schedule will be advised at order time.
-Tran Shipper fee (Thai side only) + Thb. 200 each. (can be changed)
-Full pre-payment only before ship
Return & Exchange Policy
-We are a guarantee for fishes alive to your hand, in case our fish dead during delivering proceed, we will refund in the full amount of dead fish, BUT you must have a short VDO during your open our parcel for our reference.
-For alive fish no refund or return in any case.
